Elora by Huma – Shine & Scents is an online brand offering Jewelry, Gems & Jewels, Natural Gemstones, and Perfumes. We reserve the right to update product information, prices, availability, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, natural gemstone variations, handmade characteristics, or different product batches.

For natural gemstones, variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, and appearance are natural characteristics and should not necessarily be considered defects.

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information, or availability if an error occurs on the website. Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be communicated or displayed where applicable.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product. An order is considered confirmed only after we have successfully received and verified the order and, where applicable, the required payment or advance payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Failure to receive required payment or advance payment

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Customized Jewelry Orders

We accept customized jewelry orders made according to the customer’s requirements, including designs involving natural gemstones where applicable. Customized orders may require an advance payment to confirm the order.

Once a customized order has been approved and production has started, it may not be possible to cancel, modify, return, or exchange the order unless the product has a manufacturing defect or we have made an error.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding ring size, design preferences, gemstone preferences, engraving details (if applicable), and other customization requirements. Elora by Huma – Shine & Scents is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Natural Gemstones

Natural gemstones are unique and may naturally differ from one another. Differences in color, clarity, inclusions, shape, pattern, size, and texture may occur and are considered natural characteristics of gemstones. The appearance of gemstones may also vary slightly between photographs and the actual product due to lighting and screen settings.

7. Payments

Customers are required to complete payment according to the payment method available at the time of purchase. For customized products or selected orders, an advance payment may be required before production or order confirmation. An order will not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and verified.

8. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated processing time communicated on our website or at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on customer location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

9. Delivery Address

Please carefully check your shipping information before confirming your order. Elora by Huma – Shine & Scents is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or customer-related delivery issue.

10. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or customized/put into production, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customized orders may not be cancellable once production has started.

11. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange terms are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. Customized jewelry, personalized products, and certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where permitted under our policy or where the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to assess the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Perfume Products

Perfume fragrances may smell slightly different on different individuals because fragrance interacts with individual skin chemistry. Minor differences in fragrance perception do not necessarily indicate a product defect. Customers are encouraged to review the product description and available information before purchasing.

All content available on the Elora by Huma – Shine & Scents website, including but not limited to brand name, logo, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, designs, text, and website layout, is owned by or used by Elora by Huma – Shine & Scents unless otherwise stated.
